Well.....we are into week 5 of Biggest Loser (Napa Style) and so far I have only lost about 5 lbs. I know that's a healthy number to have lost, but UGH! Talk about frustrating. I pull 1/2 or 1 lb and Colby is pulling 6's. I'm the one working out! We have made huge changes to our diet, for the better, and I'm feeling good about that. It's not only making us healthier, but the kids too.
Colby is nearing the 20 lb mark already. Yeah for him! (really, I'm jealous!)
